Hey sweet soul,

I’m Carlee Ferrell, an E-RYT® 500 and YACEP® yoga teacher, and the heart behind Cosmic Wholeness. My classes weave together movement, breath, energy, and philosophy through a trauma-informed, body-honoring lens.

Each week you’ll find practices to meet you where you are: empowering Vinyasa flows when you need 

strength, grounding Yin and Restorative sessions when you need stillness, and gentle explorations of Tantra to connect you with vitality and presence. These aren’t just classes, they’re invitations to return to yourself.

Bring a mat, your props, and most importantly, an open heart. Together, we’ll create a space for you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, honor your energy, and move with purpose.
